Refund policy

No returns. A full Refund will only be given if a plant arrives dead. Photo proof with your claim must be sent within 24 hours of delivery via email to canopygems@gmail.com. Refunds are only eligible if we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund due to death, express shipping must have been purchased. A decision based on your photo evidence will be made within 72 hours.
